Please be advised that it is your responsibility to input your name, address and email/phone number correctly. Any orders that are misshaped due to an incorrect input address are not Rangeland Steaks' responsibility.
Rangeland Steaks is not responsible for an incorrectly inputted address from the customer. If you have input your address incorrectly please contact us immediately, to correct the address and ensure your package is delivered to the correct location.
Shipping delays may occur depending on the provider used. Please check the package's status by using the tracking number we provide you with
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are based on courier rates and are subject to change. Rates are based on the weight, size, and delivery location of the package. Please be advised that we hold the right to charge or refund your payment option based on the charges of the courier services used.
When Will I Recieve My Order?
We ship every Monday, Tuesday and/or Wednesday. Orders will be accepted until Sunday at midnight. Relative to the shipping schedule you will receive your order within 2-3 days. An email notification will be sent once your order is shipped or if it is ready for pickup at our Lacombe location. Please ensure someone is available at your delivery destination to receive the package. Rangeland Steaks is not responsible for packages left unattended.
Where Do We Deliver?
We deliver across Canada. We do deliver to the Northwest Territories, Yukon, and Nunavut, please contact us for the best shipping option possible. A flat rate will be charged and the shipping cost is subject to change based on courier rates, you may be charged more or refunded.
Our Packaging
Our packing is environmentally stable. Our insulation is provided by Green Cell Foam, made from corn and dissolvable in water. Our boxes are made from 98% recycled cardboard and plant-based inks. Your shipment will include several icepacks to ensure quality upon delivery. Remove the corn-made foam from the green plastic in order to dissolve or decompose.
My Order Arrived And Wasn’t As Described
Upon delivery please ensure your package is correct and undamaged. If you have received the incorrect order or your product is compromised contact us immediately at info@rangelandbison.ca and a claim can be initiated.
