Refunds
If your order is incorrect, unsatisfactory or damaged you can start a refund claim. To be eligible for a return, documentation of said item must be sent to Rangeland Meat Shop. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a refund claim, you can contact us at info@rangelandmeatshop.ca . With a receipt and proof of your damaged or incorrect order. If your claim is approved you will be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, compromised damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and correct it accordingly.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards.
